The Enterprise plan removes that limit entirely, so you can request as many updates as needed without worrying about running out of time.
You can request most day-to-day website changes, including text edits, image updates, product uploads, layout adjustments, and small design improvements. If a request is more complex—like a full page redesign, custom feature, or advanced integration—it may require additional time, multiple credits, or a separate quote depending on the scope.
If your website goes down, we’re immediately alerted and step in to fix the issue as quickly as possible. Any problems caused by maintenance, updates, or general errors are handled at no extra cost. If the issue is more advanced or requires specialized support, we’ll let you know upfront and walk you through the next steps.

As a management plan client, you receive 50% off all website-related services such as new pages, redesigns, and larger updates outside of your included credits. This makes it significantly more affordable to continue improving your site over time. Graphic design services are not included in this discount and are quoted separately.
